Mainly for environmental reasons, it is necessary to re-circulate as much as possible of the process water used in mineral processing. This is mainly done in the thickening/clarifying and filltering stages at the plant, but a large amount of water is also recovered from the tailings in the tailings dam.
You can use Flygt submersible pumps for the return pumping, preferably suspended from underneath a ?oat or
a raft.
