With our submersible pumps, you receive extremely high operating efficiencies and more lift because the pumps are not reliant on external air pressure. We have also developed a pump sump where the floor has been adjusted to increase turbulence during pumping – this means any settled solids are effectively re-suspended. The pump station is delivered pre-assembled with your configuration of valves, discharge pipe, inlet and outlet connections etc. Everything is ready to start up in minimal time.
Can be fitted with the following pumps:
Flygt N series/Flygt C series Equipped with ITT Water & Wastewater’s patented Ntechnology: a semi-open impeller that reduces the risk of clogging and maintains pumping efficiency. Separate inspection chamber, leakage sensor and no external locking bolts make these pumps ideal for submersible pump stations.
Flygt D 8000 series Corrosion resistant vortex pumps that can handle a pH-range of 2-14. This makes even the most acidic and alkaline environments a piece of cake. Extra wide throughlet prevents the risk of blockages and jamming.
Flygt H 8000 series Vortex pumps for transportation of highly abrasive solids. Have multiple benefits that make them advantageous for the submersible pump station, not least the vortex design, which minimizes wear and tear.
