Sustainability

sust_start Balancing sustainability
The Brundtland Commission defined sustainable development in 1987 as: Humanity has the ability to make development sustainable- to ensure that it meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs.

For us sustainable development means taking a broader responsibility for the finance, environmental and social impact of our products and actions.

From vision to identity
The values from our stakeholders forms the basis of our vision and values.

Our vision is ” We do essential things in extraordinary ways”.

Our values are our compass in our day to day activities: respect-responsibility-integrity.

The vision and values affect our planning, how set our goals, and the way we do things which in turn affect manufacturing and our products.

It is ultimately a matter of how we are viewed and of our identity.
